2. No cancellation fee if booking is cancelled 14 days prior to the function. Otherwise booking fee is forfeited
3. Final count needs to be confirmed atleast 4 days prior to function
4. Payment needs to be made based on final count or the actual count whichever is higher
5. Kids under 4 Years eats free, Over 4 Years charge is as above
6. We demand 4 weeks notice for any cancellation of the event for the full refund of booking money
